Meet Our Staff

Grace Parsley, Speech-Language Pathologist

 

Grace (Gracie) Parsley, M.A., CCC-SLP joined the Thrive Therapy team in January 2024. She received her Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and returned to OSU to receive her Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Gracie currently works as a speech-language pathologist in a preschool. Her professional interests include articulation, early intervention, and language disorders. She has experience working with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), autism, language disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, and fluency disorders. Gracie is very excited to be a part of the Thrive Therapy team!

Tessa Subler, Speech-Language Pathologist

 

Tessa Subler M.A., CCC-SLP joined the Thrive Therapy team in May 2018. She received her Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Miami University and her Master's degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders at Michigan State University. Tessa currently works as a school-based speech-language pathologist working with kids with autism. Tessa's professional interests include autism, expressive/receptive language disorders, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). She has experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder, expressive and receptive language disorder, articulation and phonological disorder, and social language impairment.
